The QR600G mobile vacuum glass lifter is designed for safe and efficient handling, positioning and installation of large glass panels, marble, wooden boards and other sheet materials. It provides a rated lifting capacity of 600 kg with the arm retracted and 300 kg when extended, with a maximum lifting height of 3,700 mm. The machine uses six Ø300 mm suction cups, a 24V/1200W travel motor and a 24V/2000W lifting system, supported by two 12V/120Ah maintenance-free batteries and a smart charger. Its compact mobile chassis, powered hydraulic lifting arm and adjustable suction frame make it suitable for indoor workshops, construction sites and glazing installation projects.
High lifting performance: 600 kg rated capacity when retracted and 300 kg when extended for demanding glass and panel handling tasks. 3.7 m lifting height improves access for window, curtain wall and façade installation while reducing dependence on additional lifting equipment. Six Ø300 mm suction cups provide a broad contact area and stable vacuum gripping for large flat panels. Electric and automatic functions include 180° suction-frame tilting, 610/710 mm telescopic extension, powered hydraulic lifting and lowering, and 100 mm lateral movement of the main support arm. Standard manual functions include 90° left/right tilting and 360° rotation of the suction frame, with electric upgrades available. Battery-powered mobility with 24V/1200W travel motor supports flexible movement around workshops and job sites without external power cables.
