The 500 kg mobile vacuum glass lifter is designed for efficient handling, positioning and installation of large glass panels and other sheet materials. It provides a rated lifting capacity of 500 kg with the boom retracted and 250 kg when extended, with a maximum lifting height of 3.7 m. The machine uses six Ø300 mm vacuum suction cups, a 24V electric travel system and a hydraulic lifting system. Its automatic functions include 180° electric up/down tilting, 610/710 mm telescopic extension, electric boom lifting/lowering and 100 mm lateral movement of the main support arm. Manual 90° left/right tilting and 360° rotation are supplied as standard, with electric upgrades available.
500 kg lifting capacity for heavy glass and panel handling, with 250 kg capacity in the extended position. 3.7 m maximum lifting height supports installation work at higher positions and improves jobsite reach. Six Ø300 mm suction cups provide a larger vacuum contact area for stable handling of glass, marble and other smooth panels. Automatic 180° tilting, telescopic extension and hydraulic boom movement reduce manual effort and speed up positioning. 100 mm lateral adjustment helps fine-position panels without repeatedly moving the whole machine. Standard manual 90° left/right tilt and 360° rotation provide flexible orientation; electric operation can be selected as an upgrade. 24V electric drive and smart charging system support clean indoor operation and convenient daily use.
