The QR300J is a compact, battery-powered self-propelled vacuum glass lifter designed for safe and efficient handling, positioning and installation of large sheet materials. With a rated lifting capacity of 300 kg in the retracted position and 150 kg when extended, the machine combines mobility, hydraulic lifting and vacuum gripping in one integrated unit. Its 3,600 mm maximum lifting height, four Ø300 mm suction cups, automatic telescopic extension and powered suction-frame functions make it suitable for factory production, glazing installation and other material-handling tasks where precise positioning and reduced manual labor are required.
Efficient 300 kg handling capacity for glass, marble, wooden panels and other large sheet materials. Maximum lifting height up to 3,600 mm, supporting higher installation and positioning work. Four large Ø300 mm suction cups provide stable vacuum gripping and balanced load support. Automatic telescopic extension of 610 / 710 mm improves reach while keeping the machine compact during transport. Electric 180° suction-frame tilting and hydraulic arm lifting reduce manual adjustment and improve operating efficiency. The main support arm can move laterally by 100 mm while the chassis remains stationary, allowing more precise alignment in confined areas. Manual 90° tilting and 360° rotation can be upgraded to electric operation for higher automation requirements. 24V battery-powered travel and lifting system supports clean, low-noise operation for indoor factories and job sites. Compact mobile chassis improves maneuverability and reduces dependence on forklifts, cranes and multiple workers.
