It combines battery-powered travel, hydraulic lifting and a four-pad vacuum gripping system in a compact mobile chassis, making it suitable for factories, warehouses, construction sites and installation work where flexible positioning is required.
With a rated lifting capacity of up to 200 kg when the boom is retracted and 100 kg when extended, a lifting height of up to 2700 mm, and four Ø250 mm suction cups, the QR200T is designed for precise handling in relatively confined working areas. Its electric and hydraulic functions reduce manual effort while improving control during lifting, positioning, tilting and rotation operations.
Compact and mobile design The narrow body and self-propelled travel system allow the machine to move efficiently through workshops, warehouses and installation areas.
Flexible lifting and positioning A maximum lifting height of 2700 mm, automatic telescopic extension of 610/710 mm and 100 mm lateral boom movement help operators align panels accurately.
Multi-directional handling The suction frame supports electric 180° tilting, manual 90° tilting and manual 360° rotation, with electric operation available as an option for selected functions.
Reliable vacuum gripping Four Ø250 mm suction cups provide stable contact with suitable smooth panel surfaces, helping reduce the risk of slipping during handling.
Battery-powered operation The maintenance-free 2 × 12V / 35Ah battery system supports cordless operation and reduces dependence on external power during routine handling work.
Reduced labor intensity Electric travel, hydraulic lifting and optional wireless remote control help reduce the physical effort required for lifting and positioning heavy panels.
