Q: What is your production lead time?

A: Normally the delivery time is 15–30 working days after receiving the deposit. For customized machines, the lead time will be confirmed according to specific drawings and requirements.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: We accept T/T, L/C at sight. Usually 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

Q: How about the quality warranty?

A: We provide 12 months warranty for all machines. Within the warranty period, we supply free spare parts and technical support. Lifetime online after-sales service is available.

Q: Do you provide installation and operation guidance?

A: Yes. We offer detailed English manual, operation video and remote online guidance. If needed, we can also arrange professional engineers for overseas on-site service.

Q: How do you pack the goods for shipment?

A: Standard export wooden box / fumigation wooden package, suitable for sea and air transportation, to avoid damage during long-distance delivery.
