CUSTOM ENGINEERING FOR THE ORDER

The machine configuration was finalized around the customer’s working height, glass-handling capacity and positioning requirements. The 5 m lifting height provides additional reach for façade and window installation, while the 8-pad vacuum frame distributes suction across the glass surface. Powered rotation and tilting reduce manual repositioning and help the operator orient large panels more efficiently.

Because the delivery schedule was non-negotiable, production was organized around the 10-day deadline. Fabrication, coating, mechanical assembly, vacuum-system installation, control-system setup, functional checks and export packing were coordinated so the finished machine could be handed over to the logistics channel on time.

PACKAGING FOR RAILWAY TRANSPORT

After assembly and functional checks, the machine and vacuum pad frame were positioned inside a reinforced export packing structure. The packing arrangement was designed to limit movement during long-distance handling and protect the suction pads, frame and machine body before railway dispatch to Baku.

The final machine was completed to the confirmed 800 kg specification and prepared for handover within the customer’s required 10-day production schedule.
